With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Johan brings a well-rounded and practical understanding of the profession. His career has progressed from customer service, through administration, to paraplanning—giving him a strong appreciation of the client journey at every stage.
In his role, he focuses on technical research, improving and streamlining internal processes, and supporting advisers to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. Having worked predominantly with national firms, he brings a structured, detail-oriented approach along with valuable insight into best practices across the profession.
Johan on the weekend
Away from work, Johan enjoys unwinding with music, whether that’s discovering new artists or revisiting old favourites. He also enjoys making the most of sunny getaways with his wife and 3 daughters. Closer to home, you will find him exploring new cafés and restaurants, always on the lookout for hidden gems.
